It all began in the comfort of my own home, where I witnessed firsthand the toll that traditional schooling was taking on my children. As I watched them struggle to keep up with the demands of their schoolwork, their bright eyes clouded with stress and fatigue, I knew that something had to change. I saw how the pressure to perform was suffocating their natural curiosity and love for learning. The spark of creating an innovative school was ignited within me, fueled by my desire to provide my children with a more holistic, engaging, and effective learning experience. As I began to explore this vision, I realized that I was not alone in my quest for a better education system. Many parents, educators, and innovators shared my passion, and together, we could create a revolutionary new approach to learning. The currently evolved Finn’s international creative school forms the platform to experience all these relevant changes .Still the journey continue to creative innovative young minds .

Why No Exam ?

A comprehensive curriculum isn't just about well-defined goals and quality resources: it's also about rigorously evaluating its impact. Finns' no exam learning Programme takes a scientific, systematic, and data-driven approach to assessment, ensuring all facets of the curriculum are effective. First, the school system is assessed to attest that it can support the successful implementation of the curriculum. Recognising the vital role parents play in their children's education, we assess their involvement and support, too. Next, we closely examine the teaching and learning process within the classroom to guarantee seamless curriculum delivery and implementation. Finally, we track learners' progress through a variety of formative assessments which are highly diagnostic and remedial in nature. They are seamlessly integrated into the instructional plans and cater to learners' needs on both sides of the spectrum. Moreover. Finns has expanded the scope of assessment using learning management systems and Google Suite

Why No Homework ?

Through continuous observation, assessment, and evaluation, all Finniens stakeholders gain valuable insights into the progress, skills, and achievements of each individual. We utilise established standards to guide our interventions, which are seamlessly integrated into daily practice. This includes tailoring activities, lesson plans, and pacing to meet the unique needs of each learner, ensuring personalised support and a positive learning experience for everyone involved.

Creative and critical thinkers

We consider rejecting standardized formats for problem solving; take multiple perspectives on a problem. We use trial and error methods in our experimentation. We also challenge assumptions, recognize the importance of context and explore alternatives which make our students creative and critical thinkers.

Hifz & Value based learning

They form a 'monkey brain' (new brain) that involves in cognitive processes such as reflection and understanding. We train to use their new brain to slow things down before they respond, check things out, reason, listen, reflect, empathize and communicate.
